Hey friend-

AI is moving faster than ever, and it feels like things have hit an inflection point over the past 3-6 months.

On the bleeding edge of AI are those of us who like to build things, and we now have tools that let us create in ways that weren't possible not long ago. While this is still a work in progress, and there are many things I'd love to change, I want to share with you the website and app I brought to life over the past 30 days.

If you haven't heard of Vibe Coding, it's a way to sit in front of a piece of software, speak, and have it create things for you. Think about that. Have you ever had an idea for an app? You can build it in a day now.

I'm a big fan of building in public and shipping my work, so here’s the new Diffactory website, which went live earlier this week. It was built on a platform called Lovable, and I continue to work on it, but it is a replacement for what we had operating before.

Additionally, I created an app called Founder Vitals that I use in my one-on-one practice with entrepreneurs. Founder Vitals exists to monitor an entrepreneur's overall wellness across 25 metrics. You can use it if you want. Let me know what you think!
