Registration closes 7/31

As I mentioned last week, the Love Your Company Again Challenge closes registration on July 31. We start on August 13.

The challenge is 5 weeks long, online and live, with 9 other founders. You'll discover the one thing quietly killing your company's value and your sanity (we call it the Value Assassin and you'll name it out loud in front of your peers), build a playbook to fix it, and run the first play before the five weeks are up.

Even if you're not burned out, here's something to be aware of:

Your company is probably the most valuable asset you own, and the work that keeps it running without you is the very work that makes it worth more.

So if you're someone who:

  • Does better when someone's holding you accountable (you'll have an assigned accountability partner for the whole thing)
  • Is coachable and wants to do the work live, with other founders who get it
  • Is ready to burn it all down some days, but knows what you actually need is a plan, belief, and accountability
  • Has a family that feels the business on your mind

Consider grabbing one of the spots before the 31st. There are 10, I'm leading the room for all of it (online), and it's $1497.

Everything else you need to know is on the event page: https://loveyourcompanyagain.com/

For those who don't care, no problem. Friday's letter is about the 30/30/30 Rule, which is why a third of every plan you've ever made was supposed to fail.

I think you'll enjoy it.
