The V.A.L.U.E. Email (November 7, 2025)

This is The V.A.L.U.E. Email. Some ideas I’ve been considering that might also help you in life. All designed to increase the value of your life experience.

Today’s word count is 397 It took me 54. 72 seconds to read this.

V – Vision

What if the most significant growth moment in 2026 comes not from adding but subtracting things in your life?

I love this old Stephen Covey concept of rocks, pebbles, and sand as it drives home the importance of things that we should prioritize in our lives and things that maybe we should subtract

As you consider what to remove from your life, be sure to prioritize the rocks.

A – Action

One effective way I evaluate what to cut from my life is by scrutinizing my calendar. Your calendar shows where your priorities are/were.

Be honest with yourself: did you spend time in meetings or doing things you don't want to do? As the CEO of your life, you have the power and permission to stop doing these things.

Make a list of actions you want to stop.

Then stop doing them.

L – Lesson

When you attend a conference, you can often feel completely overwhelmed. I recently returned from HighLevel's Level Up Summit, an event I highly recommend.

There was no shortage of amazing insights I could have taken from this event. Luckily I had the opportunity to hear Jesse Itzler deliver the same speech I heard two years ago in Costa Rica. I'm glad I heard it again because he reminded me of one crucial thing I needed to remember:

I have to approach everything I do, including this weekly email, with my whole soul.

Are you pouring soul into what you're working on? If not, why?

U – Upgrade

I highly recommend this brand for phone cases. I've been using Pitaka cases since 2018 and the cases last as long or longer than the phones do. Amazon typically has the best pricing.

E – Endurance
Going to a conference takes a ton of energy and it can run you down if you try to pack it all in. You don't have to see everyone or attend every session. You have to pace yourself, just as with everything else in life.

Be comfortable with some FOMO.

Back next Friday!
