We are (typically) the problem

Hey friend...

A couple of years ago, I was sitting on a beach in Florida reading Ryan Holiday's book "The Obstacle is the Way." You can see the excerpt I highlighted below, and it really struck me that, many times, we are the problem.

It's hard for us to be objective about our own stuff. But it's pretty easy for an outsider to step in, diagnose what's going on with us, and help us find a solution.

As you head into 2026, reflect on 2025 and ask yourself whether you need to get out of the way or ask for help.

Nobody gets through this crazy life alone.

We've built a space to hang out with like-minded people who help you see your blind spots.

I got this message yesterday in Founder HQ, and I agree with Dave. To the group, it was obvious, but for him, it had been a struggle.

We all fall into this and need people to help us.

I recorded a quick video about this topic, but I think you get the idea.
