Hey friend... Holy smokes, it feels like time is flying by! Even if 2025 was the most amazing year and it contained all the blessings that you asked for, consider the following:
An expert is not what they know. They are what they do repeatedly and consistently.
I feel like consistency is the big equalizer. In fact, the people that I know who are most consistent are also, by most measures, the most successful. So my word of the year is CONSISTENT. I was very dialed in in 2025 with my consistency in my health, my faith, and some personal goals. While it was a massive year of change at our company, now that we've found our rhythm, I want to keep doing the reps. Do you have a word of the year? If you feel like sharing it, I would love it if you just responded with that word.
