Then doing absolutely nothing with them.

Either way, here's what I do to help people:

I work with founders who are stuck. They built a company that owns them instead of the other way around.

A few months ago, a client literally broke down in my office. Tears. This guy, who built a thriving business, was crying because he felt suffocated by his own success.

"I used to love my company. Now I dread Mondays."

Six months later, his company hit record revenue while he was on his first real vacation in his entire career.

That's the work I do. Help founders either fall in love with their business again or build it so someone else will.
